Description:
UV energy meter is mainly used to measure the energy of UV drying equipment in low-purification spaces. the application scope is as follows: UV ultraviolet dryers, various manual exposure machines, semi-automatic exposure machines, fully automatic exposure machines, suitable for PCB, FPC, hardware etching, Other printed circuit boards and image transfer processes
UV energy meters are used to measure UV energy from different light sources, especially for printing machines. Ensure ideal quality control in the printing and drying process.
The spectral range that the energy meter can measure is: 250-410nm, λp: 365nm.the relative value is calculated as additional amounts of light are incident during the exposure cycle.due to the irregular radiation distribution of the light source, and different manufacturers have different structural designs. as a result, different readings may appear under the same measurement conditions.

Application:
UV ultraviolet dryer, exposure machine, conveyor belt, UV lamp, UV curing machine and other equipment UV energy detection
Installation/operation:
1. Turn on the ON switch, then the LCD (display) displays zero.
2. Place the energy meter near the UV lamp source, try to align its back with the light source (because the energy sensor of the energy meter is on the back), and extend the irradiation time appropriately.
3. Until the energy meter shows a measurement on its display, for example 1000mj/cm2
4. Turn off the energy meter switch (OFF) , or set the value on the display to zero.
Note:Do not look directly or indirectly through the refracted/reflected UV light. Ensure that no part of the body is directly exposed to the UV light.
